Women in the Marketplace (WiM) was founded in 2023 by a group of passionate Christian women who recognized the need for a supportive community that addresses the unique challenges faced by women in professional and business environments.
Since our inception, we have grown into a thriving network of close to 100 members, all committed to empowering each other and making a positive impact in their workplaces and communities.

What We Do
We are dedicated to supporting women in the marketplace navigate through the various challenges faced at the workplace and in business. Through networking, mentorship, and open sharing, women are able to learn from one another.
The forum also provides a platform for knowledge exchange and peer support, fostering new ideas and opportunities in business and careers. We aim to establish leadership programs, create linkages to empowerment opportunities, and strengthen capacities of women at different levels.
